Job Summary: Under the direction of the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs (VPASA), the Apprenticeship Coordinator will develop and deliver the pre-apprenticeship program in electrical/construction trades with the Pacific Inside Electrical JATC (Joint Apprenticeship Training Council) and other JATC’s as appropriate. Responsible for recruitment and support of program participants and developing a model for program sustainability. This position will work collaboratively with Academic Affairs, Student Affairs, Joint Apprenticeship Training Councils, School Districts, Community Based Organizations, Tribal Partners, and state and federal agencies to achieve the goals of the grant and the College. This is a grant funded position -September 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited field.
- Three years of industry experience and/or experience working in workforce development, or a combination thereof.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in higher education
- Experience in project management.
- Forklift Instructor Certification
- CPR/First Aid/AED Instructor Certification
- OSHA-10 Instructor Certification
- MC3 Certification
Compensation: $76,480-$81,161
