Job Summary: Lovett's Drain department is responsible for performing scheduled and emergency services for customers all over the Greater Portland Metro area, and we have been supporting our local community for over 25 years. We are looking for an experienced drain professional to join our team in supporting our local community!

Job Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent 5-Star Customer Service with both internal and commercial Lovett customers
-Troubleshoot and repair clogged drains associated with catch basins, water lines, sewer lines or drainage lines for commercial, residential and industrial buildings
-Maintain cleaning equipment in working condition
-Maintain a clean and organized van
-Educate customers about the condition of their lines and preventative measures that can be taken
-Write up job information and billing

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Current and valid driver's license; must be insurable
-Must have prior experience in commercial and residential drain work (1 year+)
-Prior experience in providing 5-Star Customer Service
-Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
-Comfortable utilizing smartphone/tablet, GPS & email
-Prior experience using ServiceTitan is a plus
-Able to go into smaller spaces and/or up on ladders/lifts
-Able to lift/carry 50lbs
-Must be eligible to legally work in the United States
