Job Summary: An Emergency Service Technician is dedicated to upholding the core values and vision of Paul Davis while providing extra-ordinary service to our customers in their time of need. Responding to personal property damaged caused by Water, Fire, Mold and/or Storm is required. This position will be empathic to the needs of the customer, work in a professional manner, while meeting production goals set by the Lead Restoration Technician. Dependable, trustworthy, responsible, taking ownership, strong daily attendance, timeliness, coachable, having a “can do”, willing and winning attitude are all traits that describe what it takes to successfully fulfill the role of a Textile Restoration Technician. This position finds great reward working in a team environment, being trained in specialty services, and executing at a high level of production.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, etc.
• Clear and professional communication with customers, peers, and management team
• Successfully complete required training courses as directed
• Represent the company well and within the limits of our culture
• Understand and live the Core Values
• Participate in On-Call rotation
• Ability to operate within hazardous environments with care and safety
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Follow and enforce established safety practices including proper us of PPE, when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Attention to detail
• Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Exceptional communication skill (oral and written)
• Technically adept with smart phone and tablet technology
• Must pass review of background and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Able to identify, load and account for consumable & packing materials
• Check out/in equipment, load, properly clean and store equipment
• Loading/unloading supplies, equipment, and contents items in vehicles
• Able to clean (interior/exterior) vehicles effectively & efficiently
• Able to properly lay protective flooring materials
• Able to productively pack, haul, load & store boxed & furniture items
• Able to clean a job site of demolition and packing debris efficiently
• Bagging, loading, disposal of debris and accounting for it
• Skilled at correctly documenting notes, photos and materials in RMS
• Able to correctly pack individual and boxed items for safe transport

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• 1 + year experience in the industry (preferred)
• Construction experience a plus
