Job Responsibilities:
- Move Excavation jobs through their lifespan flow; including pack review and field briefing (permits, locates, job walk, Subs, ordering materials, etc.)
- Update Estimators with updates to jobs/scope of work
- Provide job site support, supervision, troubleshooting, and coaching; complete Site Visit
- Checklists & monitor resource utilization
- Communicate with internal Estimation team to ensure any changes to bids/scope of work are followed through
- Pull permits, check locates, and schedule excavation work at NE Portland Office
- 75% in field - 25% in office
- Rotating weekly on-call schedule for emergency inbound calls

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Excavation experience required
- Current and valid driver's license required; must be insurable
- Must be comfortable utilizing smartphones/tablets, GPS & email
- Must be comfortable learning and using computer software (ServiceTitan)
- Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Be able to lift/carry 50lbs
- Must be eligible to legally work in the United States

Compensation: $100,000-115,000 annually
