Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent 5 Star Customer Service to both internal and external customers
- Lead and manage excavation team on job sites
- Ensure the high-quality workmanship of your team
- Prioritize safety at all times
- Maintain all equipment and service vehicles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have pipe laser experience
- Must have 4-6 years experience in excavation
- Current and valid driver's license
- Must be insurable
- Dedicated to delivering 5 Star Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
- Take pride in your work & company equipment
- Comfortable in using technology, including smartphones/tablets, GPS & email
- Capable in working in tight spaces and comfortable with ladders/lifts
- Be able to lift/move 50lbs
- Able to read, write & speak English
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
