Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent 5 Star Customer Service to both internal and external customers
• Lead and manage excavation team on job sites
• Ensure the high-quality workmanship of your team
• Prioritize safety at all times
• Maintain all equipment and service vehicles

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have pipe laser experience
• Must have 4-6 years experience in excavation
• Current and valid driver's license
• Must be insurable
• Dedicated to delivering 5 Star Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
• Take pride in your work & company equipment
• Comfortable in using technology, including smartphones/tablets, GPS & email
• Capable in working in tight spaces and comfortable with ladders/lifts
• Be able to lift/move 50lbs
• Able to read, write & speak English
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
