Are you passionate about supporting youth while maintaining safe and functional facilities? The Oregon Youth Authority is hiring two Facility Operations Specialist 1s to perform a wide range of duties including facilities maintenance and repair, heating and cooling systems, maintaining landscaping and grounds, and electronic security systems including CCTV. This hands-on role also involves supervising and training youth in maintenance tasks, helping them develop valuable skills and work habits. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in building construction, industrial engineering or related field AND one year of experience planning, scheduling, or coordinating facility system maintenance and construction projects; OR Four years of experience planning, scheduling or coordinating facility system maintenance or construction projects.
• Driver License Required: Driving is an essential function of this position. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required for this position. We will conduct pre-employment driving records checks on our final candidate(s).

Compensation: $4,622-$7,070 / mo.
