Plan, coordinate, and schedule projects for completion, including cost estimates, time, materials, ordering of supplies and equipment, and ensuring work is performed within all safety precautions and to standards. Coordinate and perform regularly scheduled maintenance of building systems: change filters, replace belts, bearings, seals, and related mechanical parts; lubricate parts, clean coils, check controls and calibrate thermostats for proper operation, replace pipe, repair, and install ductwork. Perform non-scheduled maintenance, involving the repair and replacement of equipment or component parts for proper operation, including switches, sensors, relays, motors, blower wheels, fan sheaves, temperature or pressure gauges, valves, installation of piping and refrigeration lines, replacement wiring, etc. Ensure compliance with HVAC-R code and district standards; test and service refrigeration equipment to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Equivalent to the completion of accredited apprenticeship or a 2-year technical college education with applied training in HVAC and three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, with boiler maintenance and control experience.

- Boom Operator/Aerial Lift Certification
