Job Summary:
Working closely with teams in the library bond architectural and project management office (PMO), you will oversee all aspects of projects including planning, design, moves, construction, occupancy, quality control, resourcing and budget management. Library bond projects vary greatly in scope and budget, ranging from $100,000 to $125 million. Interior services will be completed as independent refresh projects for some library branches, and as part of larger renovation or new construction projects.
