Journeyman Plumber

Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service with both internal and external customers
• Work as a team with the office
• Quality work
• Maintain security at all times
• Respond to customer plumbing requirements
• Communicate the cost to perform the required work to the customer
• Order job materials
• Develop customer invoice and collect payment
• Complete and turn in all required paperwork (we dispatch with ServiceTitan)
• Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Journeyman Plumber's License
• Current and valid driver's license; must be insurable
• Experience in commercial and residential plumbing work
• Experience running service calls
• Experience providing 5-star customer service
• Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
• Take pride in your work and your work van
• Must be comfortable utilizing smartphone/tablet, GPS & email
• Must be able to go into smaller spaces and/or up on ladders/lifts
• Able to read, write & speak English
• Be able to lift/move 50 lbs
• Must be eligible to legally work in the United States

Compensation:  $60 hourly
