Who You Are:
The Maintenance Manager keeps the buildings and grounds in a clean, orderly, and safe condition. The Maintenance Manager maintains the facility in good repair by performing the following duties: maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, construction, janitorial, and as required, other related maintenance activities.
What You Will Work On:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for multiple buildings including the Clark Family Center, Clark Center Annex Apartments, Kenton Women's Village, and multiple residential buildings owned or master leased by Catholic Charities. Maintains building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, construction, janitorial and as required, other related maintenance activities. Ensures that all repairs are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.
What You Bring:
- Completion of relevant trade or training program, and/or a minimum of 1-3 years required, 4+ years preferred of related experience and/or other demonstrated ability to perform maintenance functions of the position.
- Ability to effectively work with standard office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to learn and effectively use web- and app-based Property Management and finance programs such as Tenant Tech, Concur, and ADP.
