Preventative Maintenance Tech

Job Responsibilities: We are looking for a full-time gate service (preventive maintenance) tech for our local service company. Duties to entail servicing automatic gate systems in the local Portland Metro area. Company truck provided after training. We offer a full benefit package including medical, life, disability, 401K & profit sharing. Must have good driving record. Pre-employment drug screen required. Must be able to pass background check with various government agencies. Industry experience not required but mechanical know-how is a must. Room for advancement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• General mechanical knowledge
• Ability to learn
• Operate a tablet to enter data into Excel
• Customer service communication skills.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to pass security background checks and drug tests.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Applicant must:
- be highly organized and clean
- possess strong mechanical understanding along with use of hand tools
- have good paperwork skills to write up work done on job sites
- possess good communication skills for customer service
- be 21 years or older due to insurance requirements

Compensation: 45,760 annually to start DOE
