TRADESWORKER LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Oregon Tradeswomen Women Empowerment Conference focusing on trades, construction, and leadership opportunities for women in skilled trades.

Since 2007, our community of non-traditional tradesworkers has come together at Oregon Tradeswomen’s annual Tradesworker Leadership Institute (TLI) with the goal of advancing their careers. Oregon Tradeswomen staff design this event to highlight growth and leadership opportunities such as success in apprenticeship, getting involved in your Union, public policy and advocacy, and general career advancement.

Join us for a day of workshops designed to support your career in the trades. Improve your communication skills, learn how to build a solid support network, get tips on how to take care of your mental health, create change by getting involved in local politics, build resilience, and feel more prepared for hard times whether it be from layoffs or other circumstances. No matter where you are in your career, there will be something for you to learn at the Tradesworker Leadership Institute!
