Andi Van Blaricom is the General Manager for Yadon Mechanical, based in Vancouver, WA. Andi has over 20 years of expertise in the mechanical industry. Andi has honed skills in negotiation, budgeting, HVAC, operations excellence, and customer service. A strong operation professional, Andri holds a Master of Business degree from Portland State University, bringing strategic insight and leadership to every project. Passionate about optimizing processes and delivering exceptional results, Andi thrives in dynamic environments that require efficiency and innovation

Angela Cadena - Treasurer

Angela Cadena is an experienced Financial Analyst and Strategist with a demonstrated history of working in the energy and financial services industry. She is skilled in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Research, Strategic Planning, Accounting, and Business Process Improvement.
Angela aims to enhance organizational economic and financial planning through purpose-led strategy. She values being a Purpose partner helping individuals achieve personal growth and success.
For the last 15 years, Angela has been a financial analyst for an energy utility company in Portland Oregon, specializing in analyzing and monitoring operational costs. Some of her contributions also include promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at her employer while volunteering at other local professional organizations, including the Association of Training and Development Cascadia chapter and others.
Her volunteering experience includes being the past Vice-Chair at the Trail Head Credit Union, Portland Or. She was a Treasurer for the International Association for Strategy Professionals Association (IASP; formerly the Association of Strategic Planning), USA West Coast chapter. She was speaker at the IASP virtual global conference (2023). Angela completed an MBA in Finance (1992) and an MA in Economics (1993), both from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Women in Consulting (2025.)

Angie Suchy Marsh is a Public Affairs Specialist at Oregon OSHA. She has more than 20 years’ experience working in communications, including at nonprofit organizations and in the Oregon tourism industry. She’s been a volunteer on political campaigns and in youth basketball.

Laura Waddick

Laura is a Project Manager with Truebeck Construction, a commercial general contractor in Portland. Before her career in construction, Laura worked at a non-profit focused on economic and workforce development. Blending her love of construction and economic empowerment, she is passionate about exposing traditionally underrepresented people to living-wage, fulfilling careers in the industry.

Vicki Ng
Head of Talent Acquisition, Portland General Electric
Vicki Ng is the Head of Talent Management and Culture & Engagement at Portland General Electric (PGE), where she oversees PGE’s talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, culture, and employee engagement strategies. She is passionate about creating pathways into the workforce for people of all backgrounds and is actively learning how to better support and champion women in trades. Prior to PGE, she led global early career talent acquisition and programs at adidas and co-founded the company’s first Asian employee resource group. Outside of work, Vicki runs the food blog @foodbellypdx with her sister, sharing their favorite eats in Portland and beyond. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, Vicki has lived in Dublin, Shanghai, and Nuremberg, and is now based in Portland, Oregon.

Vivian Lackey
Senior Program Manager, Central City Concern
Vivian has worked at Central City Concern for 16 years and the last 11 have been in a leadership role at the Employment Access Center. This CCC program supports participants in career goal activities and job placement and training support. Current role is is Sr Program Manager.
