Since 2007, our community of non-traditional tradesworkers has come together with the goal of advancing their careers at Oregon Tradeswomen’s annual Tradesworker Leadership Institute (TLI), formerly known as the Tradeswomen Leadership Institute.

This year’s event will be held virtually from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm and we will convene from 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm in person for a post-event networking party!
