Job Summary:
Superintendent to manage small - mid size demolition contracts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee safety and production on worksites.
- Complete documentation.
- Communicate with Customers / GC.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Blue print reading.
- OSHA 10.
- Ability to use iPads and basic applications.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership skills.
Compensation:
Union Scale. Base $38.17 Fringe $16.03
