HVAC-R Commercial Service Technicians

Job Summary: Hunter-Davisson, Inc. is a commercial HVAC-R Design Build Mechanical Contractor seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities:
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
2. Diagnose, inspect, repair or modify HVAC equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, chillers, water cooling towers, forced air converter units, pumps, automatic and hand valves, expansion valves and capillary tubes.
3. Service and repair refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated air conditioning equipment.
4. Repair or replace defective parts in units and equipment and their controls.
5. Operate a variety of hand and power tools: welder torch, vacuum pump, test equipment utilized in the trade and a motor vehicle; maintain equipment in effective and safe working condition.
6. Perform skilled electrical maintenance work in the repair and alteration of HVAC equipment or components.
7. Test and examine boiler operations.
8. Maintain related records concerning time, labor and materials; write notes on Work Orders as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications: CFC Type I and II Oregon LEB License Brazing Valid Driver's License

Compensation: $35 to $50
