2021 TRADESWOMEN LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE RECAP
Oregon Tradeswomen offered our first virtual TLI event on Saturday, March 13, 2021 and spent the morning with more than 120 registered attendees.
The active, engaging sessions were moderated by tradeswomen and offered information and resources about career advancement, the advantages of women’s committees, and ways to build personal networks to advance your career and leadership skills.
Special thanks to Evelyn Shapiro, Executive Secretary-Treasurer Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters for joining us in the morning to offer a keynote address; to our incredible panelists and moderators; and to Isis Harris, Electician, IBEW Local 48 and member of Oregon Tradeswomen’s Board of Directors for your strong and inspiring remarks to close out the day.
