Women in Apprenticeship Day is recognized on Thursday during National Apprenticeship Week.

Oregon Tradeswomen joins other tradeswomen organizations around the country to raise visibility of tradeswomen and the many benefits of apprenticeship and a career in the skilled trades. We have a collective goal of increasing women's participation in Registered Apprenticeship, expanding the talent pipeline available to U.S. industries, and diversifying our nation’s workforce.

Social Media

Oregon Tradeswomen celebrates Women in Apprenticeship Day online to help increase visibility and understanding of registered apprenticeship and the incredible opportunities for women in the skilled construction trades!

We encourage our program graduates and entire tradeswomen community to join us on social media Thursday, November 18th and share a video or photo talking about something you love about your craft. Tell about your journey into your trade, about your apprenticeship, or share something you wish someone had told you before you started.
