HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary: Marshall’s Specialty Services is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our expanding HVAC Service team. We're a well-respected HVAC company serving Lane County, OR since 1948. We care about our customers, employees, and quality of work. Our technicians drive company provided Mercedes Sprinter Vans, and are dispatched from home. We offer a comfortable work schedule where you get to go home at a reasonable time, no 24-hour on-call requirements, limited on-call and extended hours, only needed during peak seasons.

Job Responsibilities: To provide maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems (fireplaces and water heaters desired) or make recommendations to replace the equipment according to company standards; providing the customer with a high quality experience. Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years HVAC diagnostics experience, 2+ years residential service experience, Oregon driver's license with an insurable driving record. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals. Good customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: EPA license, NATE certified. Water Heater experience.

Compensation: $28 - $36 p/hr DOE,
