Job Summary: Northwest AeroBarrier provides an innovative air sealing service to help contractors in the Oregon and Southwest Washington market build high efficiency homes and meet State Energy Code requirements. We are a high-performing service provider with the highest-trained employees. We want our employees to provide the highest quality service and knowledge to our clients as well. This is primarily an indoor construction job so you will not be working in the weather. We are looking for a dependable person with a strong work ethic that is motivated to grow with the business. Applicants will need to be able to follow a proven system as well as troubleshoot problems as they arise. This is a Field Technician role with on the job training. General duties will include window masking, using ladders (primarily step ladders), manual hand sealing with spray foam, carrying and set up of various equipment and meeting deadlines to keep builder projects on schedule. You must be flexible to the changing schedules of builders’ job
Job Responsibilities:
● 1+ years leadership experience
● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to get to and from the jobsite
● Cell phone with data plan
● Ability to follow instructions and lead a team
● Ability to troubleshoot equipment
● Basic computer skills (Google Email/Calendar/Chat)
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● High attention to detail
● Ability to problem solve
● Ambition and be self-motivated
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
● Provide exemplary customer service
● Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Basic knowledge of how a jobsite runs
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
● Construction trades leadership experience preferred
● Interest in building science and high performance building practices.
Compensation: Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
